Tamika Littles joined HUD in 2014 and has more than ten years in affordable housing experi-ence. She currently works as a Branch Chief managing a team of Account Executives in the Multifamily Asset Management division. Tamika has been with Multifamily for over five years and has served in the roles of Account Executive and Asset Resolution Specialist. Prior to start-ing her position in Multifamily she worked in Community Planning & Development as a Community Planning and Development (CPD) Representative since 2015. Where she managed a combination of Entitlement and Continuum of Care grants. She was first hired as a Student Trainee to provide administrative support for the Director and CPD Staff. Tamika is also a Na-vy Veteran and a graduate of Baker College. Tamika possesses a Bachelor of Science in General Studies with a minor in Psychology. When she is not working tirelessly for the housing com-munity, she enjoys spending time with family and crafting.
