Lisa Phillips, Lead Grant Specialist, Detroit Satellite Office, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Detroit, MI

Lisa has worked for HUD since May of 2015 and oversees a portfolio of Multifamily Service Coordinator and Congregate Housing Services Program grants located in Michigan and Minnesota. She also works with HUD Headquarters and contractors on program policies, grant systems, stakeholder training, and provides program assistance and training to Grant Specialists nationwide. She came to HUD with eight years’ experience in Property Management, as well as 3 years with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.
