Tyler Hull is the Project Closings & Special Programs Manager at the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA). Tyler has been with the Authority for 18 years in both Compliance and Development roles, and now oversees a team of staff responsible for underwriting review and disbursement approval for Missing Middle and Employer-Assisted Housing Fund grant awards, as well as MSHDA loans. Additionally, he and his team make eligibility determinations of Housing Tax Increment Financing (TIF) proposals.
