Ruth Le (she/her), PMP, MEd is an educator, coach, project manager, and long time social justice advocate. She currently manages a consulting program that trains organizations and leaders to improve accessibility, using firsthand disability experience to drive cultural change at Detroit Disability Power. A daughter of refugees, Ruth’s value for intersectionality and inclusion comes from the belief that no one is free until everyone is free. She taught high school students with disabilities for seven years in Los Angeles and coached middle school teachers in New York City how to implement learning for all students with differentiation and engagement. She is an experienced facilitator and believes story telling, inquiry, and social emotional learning are the key tenets for development and growth.
