Kevin Wiedelman is the HUD Production Manager for Grandbridge, a wholly owned subsidiary of Truist. In this role, he facilitates both product awareness and new business opportunities both directly and in coordination with a national production team. He is a passionate advocate for the development and preservation of quality affordable housing, with a specialization in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (“LIHTC”) program, Pass-Through Bonds, Section 8 rental assistance, and working with non-profits. He has spent his entire nearly 20-year career in the commercial real estate finance area, primarily working with the HUD multifamily and healthcare programs on the lending side, dating back to Michigan based St. James Capital, which through a series of mergers and acquisitions is succeeded by Grandbridge today.
