Tim, with over 25 years of industry experience, currently serves as the Brand Experience Manager at Clayton Homes. He has spent the last decade shaping the brand of one of the nation’s leading homebuilders. A graduate of Ball State University with a major in entrepreneurship, Tim is deeply involved in the manufactured housing industry. He has served on multiple state boards and remains active in state associations across the Midwest, including Michigan, Ohio, Missouri, and Indiana. His dedication to the industry is further reflected in his current role as a board member of the Michigan Manufactured Housing Association.
