With a background in child and family development, advocacy, and community, Nicholette works to connect accessibility, innovation, and community engagement in impactful ways.

Her career spans leadership roles in nonprofit development, marketing, and advocacy, with expertise in fundraising, business growth, and inclusive education. A dynamic speaker and educator, Nicholette has delivered engaging presentations at a variety of prestigious events, including the American Institute of Architects Women’s Leadership Summit and the Michigan Association of Planning’s annual conferences. She has also guest lectured at respected institutions like Kendall College of Art & Design of Feris State University, Grand Valley State University, and Michigan State University, where she has shared her expertise on topics ranging from accessibility and universal design to advocacy and inclusive community development. With a passion for empowering others through education, Nicholette has worked with professionals, students, and community leaders, creating spaces for meaningful dialogue and impactful learning.

As a Certified Family Life Educator and Certified Aging in Place Specialist, she brings a unique perspective to her work—ensuring accessibility is not just a legal requirement but a fundamental aspect of human-centered design.
