Kelsey currently leads the Homeownership Programs Team at ICCF Community Homes, comprised of five HUD-Certified Housing Counselors and an Intake Specialist. With over eight years of experience in the housing sector, she began her career as a case manager and has since earned her HUD Housing Counselor certification. She has leveraged this expertise across diverse roles, including managing ICCF’s MSHDA FSS Program, ICCF’s Housing Counseling and Education Program, and serving as a Housing Resource Specialist in ICCF’s family shelter. Kelsey has extensive experience with various databases, including Elite, RxOffice, Virtual Case Manager, and HMIS. In her current role, she also oversees program evaluation for ICCF’s Housing and Family Services Department. Kelsey holds a bachelor’s degree in social work with a minor in Spanish from Calvin University and a master’s degree in social work with a specialization in Public Policy and Administration from Western Michigan University. She is licensed at the macro level as a social worker in the state of Michigan.
