Zach Kilgore is the founder and executive director of Arrive Community Development, an organization dedicated to revitalizing communities through affordable housing. He previously worked as a Senior Project Manager for CSI Support & Development, where he has coordinated the acquisition or refinancing of over 1,000 units of affordable senior housing since 2018. He serves as co-chair of the Preservation Committee for Senior Housing Preservation - Detroit, and he holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning with a concentration in Housing and Community Development from Wayne State University.
