In her role, Niki focuses on strengthening local economies by fostering public-private partnerships, promoting housing development, and creating innovative workforce pipelines in collaboration with area schools and businesses. With a passion for building vibrant communities, she emphasizes relationship-driven leadership and sustainable growth strategies. Niki is deeply committed to supporting initiatives that enhance the quality of life across Northern Michigan. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her family, her dogs, and staying active in her church and community.
