Matt is an Equity Underwriter based in Cinnaire's Grand Rapids, MI, office, evaluating and structuring real estate equity investments and assessing associated risks and mitigants. Prior to this position, he served as Senior Assistant Equity Underwriter where he navigated complex and challenging deal closings, working closely with peers and industry colleagues, and ensuring partners received high quality service.​ Matt’s love of technical analysis and commitment to demonstrating respect and empathy for all he meets are strong assets he brings to the Cinnaire team. Prior to joining Cinnaire, Matt worked as a financial analyst at Management Resources Development where he delivered a wide range of financial analysis and operational reporting for a real estate management and development firm.​ Matt received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University, Eli Broad College of Business.
