Zienab Fahs has been at MSHDA for 3 years, where she currently manages the implementation of the Recovery Housing and Recovery Housing Investment Program Grants, all of which have pumped over $3.5 million across the state to increase the number of recovery beds available. She also oversees the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program in regions 4 and 9 of the state, which funds local homeless response systems to help ensure individuals and families at risk of or experiencing homelessness can reach housing placement and stability. Zienab received her bachelors from Oakland University in Public Administration and Public Policy.
