Join Sage for a gentle and accessible seated yoga flow. The 30-minute session will include stretches to prevent and relax tight neck, shoulders, and arms caused by daily computer work.  It will also integrate breathing and mindfulness techniques that can help provide a brain break, increase energy, and improve focus.  After this session you will feel rejuvenated and ready for the rest of your day!  No special equipment or clothing required.
