Karen Gould is manager of the Energy Waste Reduction (EWR or energy efficiency) Section of the Michigan Public Service Commission. She has worked at the Commission for over 15 years. Karen started at the commission in the Energy Grants section and has been working in the EWR section since the enactment of Public Act 295 in 2009. Karen obtained her bachelor's of accounting degree from Davenport University and has lived in the Lansing area for the last 27 years.
