Ann Grambau is a the MSHDA MOD Team Manager. She has worked with the Modular Program since its inception in 2019. Ann also oversees a grant portfolio with the Neighborhood Enhancement Program (NEP) and provides oversight and guidance to rural communities making exterior housing enhancement and public amenity grants to improve neighborhood stability and investment. She has over thirty years of housing experience at MSHDA with various contract, loan, and grant programs, providing financial management and regulatory guidance to nonprofits and local units of government within Michigan communities.
