Jodi Mackie is the Neighborhood Enhancement Program Manager (NEP), in the Neighborhood Housing Initiatives Division (NHID) at the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA). She manages a statewide portfolio and is assisting in the implementation of a new grant management system. She has 22 years of MSHDA experience and is a co-author of the Neighborhood Enhancement Program, which won a NCSHA Award in 2020.
