As an Equity Underwriter for Cinnaire, Jeremy is charged with evaluating and structuring real estate equity investments, preparing property level pro forma financial models, and assessing due diligence research for proposed investments. He is responsible for answering the question: “How might we structure the final shape of this deal to be a good investment for the community, our investors, the developer and Cinnaire?”

Jeremy finds professional joy in developing and sharing solutions, presenting new ideas and helping others have a great work experience. He has led teams and built business units at the office furniture manufacturer Steelcase, performed debt underwriting for a community bank and has undertaken multiple real estate and other sole proprietorships.

Jeremy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornerstone University with a BA in Business Administration and received an MBA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with honors.
