Description
Candomblé is the Afro-Brazilian religion of Brazil and is part of the religion and culture of the African diaspora. Participants will learn traditional Candomblé songs and percussion rhythms that accompany each song. Participants will learn how to adapt the rhythms to the K-8 general music classroom and have opportunities to play Brazilian instruments.
