Matt Laura is currently the choir teacher at Fordson High School in Dearborn. Mr. Laura's desire to give his students opportunities outside the classroom led him to cultivate a relationship with the National Arab Orchestra that has allowed the students to learn traditional Arabic folk music and perform with professional Arab musicians. Their collaborations have earned the choirs invitations to give clinics and performances all over the state of Michigan and throughout the Midwest. He began using Code to Compose in the fall of 2017.
