Brennan Michaels is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Choral Conducting at Michigan State University. Michaels’ holds degrees from Baylor University (MM) and Concordia College (BM).

In addition to attending Michigan State, Michaels currently serves on the MSVMA board where he Student Membership Supervisor. Prior to moving to Michigan, Michaels was Artistic Director of the Minneapolis based chamber choir From Age to Age, and taught at Live Oak Classical School and Sartell High School.

Michaels currently resides in Lansing with his wife Brittany, and is choir director at St. Luke Lutheran Church—Christ Campus.
