Recognized nationally as a string educator, pedagogue, conductor, violinist, clinician, judge and strings advocate, Valerie M. Palmieri serves as the orchestra conductor and professor for the Adrian College. Distinguished roles include past-President of Michigan Chapter of ASTA, Associate Professor Madonna University, Central Michigan University and University of Wisconsin GB. She received her B.M and M.M (violin performance) and Mus Ed from University of Michigan and Suzuki certification for violin and cello. A beginning strings expert she has started over 3,000 students. She is an Education Consultant and mentor in Michigan and is violinist with the Traverse Symphony and the ASO.
