Empowering students to take on leadership roles in the secondary choral program can have many benefits for the students, teacher, and program as a whole! Learn strategies to motivate students to take on administrative responsibilities as well as develop and execute innovative ideas to create a sense of ownership in the program. Meet the students who are members of a successful Choir Council and learn about their roles as well as how to develop your own student leadership program.
