Description
Explore the power of using alternative style music programs to support and enhance the work your students are doing in the traditional orchestra classroom. This session will features members of East Kentwood High School's ABC (Anything But Classical) Orchestra who will demonstrate how learning "gig ready" techniques is not only providing them additional performance opportunities outside of the traditional venues but also how it has improved their orchestral playing as well. Bring your instrument and let's jam together!
