In this session, we will discuss how to give clear instructions, ask higher-order questions, and give specific and helpful feedback. The session will include discussion and volunteers will be encouraged to give directions, ask questions, and provide feedback for the group. The clinician, a 32 year veteran teacher who has worked with new and pre-service teachers for many years, will offer tips and strategies to improve participants' verbal interactions in the classroom.
