As a 25 year educator and coach in a small rural district, I understand the limitations felt by smaller schools. Staffing, financial resources, and student opportunities can often pale in comparison to larger districts. Let me help you develop the treasures that already exist within your school. Together we can begin to instill a sense of community and pride within these programs.
