Expressing Music Through Movement in the Choral Classroom

Friday, January 23, 2026
8:00 AM - 8:45 AM

Description
There are many ways movement can influence and enhance a choral learning experience- whether it's visualizing vocal technique, exploring articulation through bodily tension and release, or finding new ways to engage your students in their music-making. In this session, we will explore different ways to implement movement into the choral classroom. We invite you to join us in exploring the choral kinesthetic toolkit, and see for yourself just how impactful these tools can be!
