Description
Detroit has implemented system-wide diversion through their coordinated entry system since late 2017. This session will focus on promising practices, funding strategies, hiring and training of staff, and other lessons learned from this implementation thus far. The session presenters will also review the key data elements they have tracked and the ways they have utilized data to shift and improve their diversion practices.
