Community Health Center programs have been practicing for decades to address the intersection of homelessness and health care in Michigan, and COVID-19 brought challenges unlike any we have ever faced. People experiencing homelessness are particularly vulnerable during the COVID-19 pandemic, and this presentation will walk through some of the key ways that primary care responded to protect communities and re-engage patients in care.
