Supported Solutions is a system-wide intervention that seeks to quickly resolve a housing crisis for individuals who need temporary, immediate, and safe housing accommodations. Community Housing Connect incorporates a technology friendly solution to an enhanced coordinated entry system and provides quick access to Supported Solutions. Its goal is to ensure homelessness is avoided or as brief as possible when it does occur. Community Housing Connect enables families experiencing a housing crisis to access an online assessment and referral tool 24/7 with the goals of shortening the LOT families experience homelessness, increasing connections to resources, increasing exits to permanent housing, and reducing entries into emergency shelter.
