Heather Galbraith is a Program Lead, Strategic Foresight, in the Resilience & Futures Team at The City of Calgary. She co-developed the Resilient Calgary strategy and now leads work to integrate futures thinking and a resilience lens into City decision making. During her time at The City, Heather also led work in flood recovery, emergency management, business continuity and business process improvement.

Jeny Mathew-Thusoo is a Program Lead in the Resilience & Futures Team at The City of Calgary, focusing on social resilience and Adjunct Professor at the University of Calgary in the Social Work faculty. Jeny is a respected, collaborative, and innovative leader able to inspire others to action around a shared vision. She is a big picture thinker, with attention to detail, dedicated to elevating voices of equity-deserving communities through public policy and systems change initiatives.
