In today's landscape, collaboration within the homeless response system is more vital than ever. When communities work together, we create stronger outcomes for those we serve, expand our collective capacity and make the most of limited funding and resources. This session will explore how to build and sustain effective partnerships with key stakeholders, use strategic marketing to foster collaboration, and apply collaboration approaches specifically in homeless prevention. We will also examine the role of local government in this work - how to engage effectively, align efforts and leverage state and federal funding to strengthen the entire homeless response system.
