Jesica Mays earned both her BA in Political Science and Masters of Social Work (Organization and Community Practice focus) from Michigan State University. She has experience working in international child welfare, homelessness, working with returning citizens, and supporting domestic and sexual violence survivors. After joining the Homeless Assistance team at MSHDA for a few years, Jesica transitioned back into CoC Program work as the Executive Director of the Michigan Balance of State CoC (MIBOSCOC). Jesica was glad to join MIBOSCOC to be able to support agencies, improve systems, and work toward ensuring that every person has safe and stable housing in rural Michigan.
