This session will explore how the Michigan Balance of State Continuum of Care (MIBOSCOC) is evolving to better meet the needs of people experiencing homelessness across 61 counties. Participants will learn about structural improvements that increase system capacity and responsiveness—making homelessness rare, brief, and addressed in real time. The session will highlight governance, service delivery, and strategies to build systems that serve those least likely to seek assistance, ensuring accessibility for all.
