Eva Rohlman serves as the Chair of the Governance Council of Michigan Balance of State Continuum of Care. As the Outreach & Opportunities Director at Mid Michigan Community Action, she has led efforts to support low-income individuals since 2015. She oversees the Housing Assessment and Resource Agency (HARA) across six counties, managing programs funded by HUD, VA, MSHDA, and MDHHS. Eva holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Saginaw Valley State University. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Ten16 Recovery Network.
