Many strategy professionals produce high-quality work that struggles to gain traction — whether that’s winning new clients, securing executive buy-in, or influencing the broader field. This interactive working session focuses on how strategy professionals can intentionally position, communicate, and activate their work so it gets noticed, adopted, and funded. Participants will learn a practical framework for building visibility and credibility around strategy — without turning it into “sales.” Through guided exercises, attendees will apply the framework to their own context, whether they are independent consultants, internal strategy leaders, or thought leaders. The session will conclude with an invitation to contribute to the ongoing visibility and growth of the strategy profession through IASP’s marketing and thought leadership initiatives.
