Terry Trafton, MS, LPC, NCC, President, is passionate about partnering with organizations to develop and educate people and leaders to build a strong team and organizational culture that maneuvers through the complexities of engagement, productivity, and mental health well-being. Terry specializes in Business Operations, Strategy Management and Implementation, Mental Health and Well-being, Emotional Energy Intelligence, and Leadership and Organizational Development. With experience in business, healthcare, and mental health for more than 25 years, he has worked with clients in healthcare, behavioral health, IDD, business, finance, insurance, government, foundations, and nonprofit organizations.

His community-based leadership roles include Board Member and Secretary of The Health Forward Foundation, immediate Past Chair of the Missouri Mental Health Foundation, and the Past Chair of The Greater Lee’s Summit Healthcare Foundation Boards of Directors. Terry is also Vice Chair of Planning Commission for the City of Lee’s Summit, and President-elect of National Speaking Association-Kansas City Chapter.
