Marcus Nordin is the Interim Associate Vice President of Transformation at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), where Marcus leads the institution’s multi-year transformation initiative, Project RISE—Resilience, Innovation, Sustainability, and Engagement. In this role, Marcus drives efforts that are fostering collaboration, informed decision-making, and a culture of accountability. The work focuses on ensuring NAIT remains strongly positioned to deliver impact for learners, industry, and community.
A strategic thinker with a focus on building systems and shifting organizational culture, Marcus has contributed to initiatives that emphasize financial stewardship, organizational alignment, and disciplined execution. Marcus’s work centers on enabling transformation that is both systemic and human-centered, ensuring that change builds on past successes while preparing NAIT for future challenges.
