Marian Moriarty is an Organization Change Management Principal in MITRE's Center for Government Effectiveness and Modernization. She has over 25 years of experience consulting to organizations in the areas of change management; organization assessment, design, and development; team building/effectiveness; facilitation; training design, development, and delivery; and communication plan development. Marian previously worked at Hay Group (now Korn Ferry) where she was a consultant and project manager in the Building Effective Organizations practice in Arlington, Virginia for both private and public sector clients. Marian received her MBA in Organizational Behavior and Development from The George Washington University and her BS in Management Information Systems from Florida State University.
