The session will focus on the partnership between the Michigan Campaign to End Homelessness, C4 Innovations, and participating CoCs across the state to conduct a racial equity analysis and develop a racial equity action plan. Representatives from participating CoCs, statewide stakeholders, and team members from C4 Innovations will share the benefits and challenges of working at a state level, including opportunities to drive transformative policy change and build cross-community support. Panelists will share the impact that they have seen thus far, considerations for implementation and sustainability of the statewide racial equity action plan, and potential opportunities for other partners to engage in this work.
