To live each day with the mission to lead, equip, and inspire others to discover their own internal greatness. That is Veronica’s WHY. For more than 20 years, Veronica has worked in executive leadership in the nonprofit industry including 10 years at a HUD approved housing counseling agency. Veronica’s background includes administering housing counseling services, managing HUD community development programs including LITEC, multi-family property oversight, single family rehab, blight elimination, and serving as a CoC Coordinator. She is now a HUD Grant Manager and Housing Education Specialist for the Michigan State Housing Development Authority’s Homeownership Division. Veronica serves as the primary point of contact and grant administrator to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and performs federal grant compliance and programming technical assistance nationwide including for other State HFA's. She serves as a trainer and panelist for both HUD and NCSHA. Veronica is the owner and principal consultant for Vicardi Consulting, LLC. She is also a homeschool mom and a fierce advocate for neurodiversity.
