In 2019, Brook Duer joined Penn State Law’s Center for Agricultural and Shale Law as a staff attorney after spending 12 years as an attorney with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, 8 years of which was spent as Chief Counsel. Prior to that, Brook was in the private practice of law in Lancaster County for over 17 years.
