Julianne Holmes has been an elementary music teacher at Dearborn Public Schools for eight years. She earned her Bachelors of Music Education and Clarinet Performance in 2013 from Oakland University. She is currently pursuing her Master's of Music Education also from Oakland University. She is an advocate for student-centered education and believes that students learn more when their voices are heard. In her spare time, Julianne practices yoga, spends time with her multiple animals, and plays clarinet in a community orchestra.
