Elisa currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Parametrix. As an Attorney and an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor for over 15 years, Elisa has represented and consulted in the non-profit, private and public sectors. Elisa’s diverse background, legal training, private and public experience and ability to meet goals are strategic assets which give her the ability to formulate successful solutions related to business and program diversity, anti-discrimination frameworks and supplier diversity initiatives. Elisa uses her legal background to strategically advise, consult and partner with executive leaders. Being uniquely positioned in the practice of law and it's cross-cultural capabilities, Elisa possesses an exceptional ability to respond to the challenges of an ever-evolving workforce by spearheading internal and external initiatives from design through execution, resulting in effective outcomes that are precise, practical, persuasive and sustainable.

Elisa is a Florida native, southern girl at heart and a servant leader. She is a member of many local and national professional and philanthropic organizations and boards. Elisa is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor and Oakwood University, a historically black university, earning double Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Accounting.
