David Longoria is Director of Community Research & Impact at LISC (Local Initiatives Support Corporation), where he leads national initiatives focused on community impact planning, equitable economic development, neighborhood revitalization, and housing stability. He works closely with LISC's local offices and national partners to develop strategies that strengthen communities through resident-centered planning, cross-sector collaboration, and data-informed decision-making. His current work includes expanding innovative approaches to heirs' property preservation, community ownership, and anti-displacement efforts across the country.
