Shelley Jansky is a Research Geneticist with the USDA-ARS and a Professor in the Department of Horticulture at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her research program focuses on potato germplasm enhancement. She earned her Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Plant Breeding and Plant Genetics at UW-Madison. Her current research efforts focus on the development of diploid inbred hybrid potatoes.
