Specialist in Management Instruments and Public Policies for Social Housing, architect from the Institute of Higher Studies of the West (ITESO), Master in Management and Urban Assessment from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, has completed specialized diplomas in housing development and management of land from the Lincoln Land Institute and in Public Policy from the University of Guadalajara.

He was Coordinator of social housing for the Secretariat of Territorial and Urban Agrarian Development (SEDATU) in Jalisco and has been a fellow of the Center for Land Policy and Valuations (CPSV) of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, he is currently General Director of Housing of the Institute for the Improvement of the Habitat of Tlajomulco.

Together with their work teams, they have been recognized with the 2016 National Housing Award, in the category of housing reconstruction for the project carried out in Chamela, Jalisco. In addition, in 2019 by Alcaldes Magazine, the Renta tu Casa Program was recognized as the best urban policy in Mexico.
