Mr. Groene has worked for NHS of Chicago since 1997 -- leading NHS neighborhood programs in various communities. Mr. Groene currently is the Director of the NHS Westside Housing Hub and led the TIF Purchase Rehab Program pilot that transformed 12 vacant buildings into owner-occupied homes.
