Kelsey is a Senior Advisor at BIT Americas. Her work centers on helping local and city governments apply behavioral insights to policy. She has helped over 30 cities develop behavioral science projects and evaluate their impact. She’s passionate about helping local government grow their capacity to develop their own internal behavioral science teams. Prior to BIT, she worked as a management consultant in Accenture’s Health Practice.
She received a Bachelor’s from Claremont Mckenna College in Economics and Psychology.
