Stephanie Quick joined Intend Indiana in 2019 to lead the organization in the overall management of homeownership development, land banking, and homebuyer outreach before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer where she contributes to meeting Intend’s goals of supporting comprehensive community development by providing operational leadership and direction that lead to internal growth and employee development. Stephanie has worked in all facets of real estate development for not-for-profit, private, and government agencies with a focus on development, construction, affordable housing, and financing.
Prior to joining Intend Indiana, Stephanie was the Director and Vice President of Insight Development Corporation, where she secured a mix of financing and oversaw construction activities for affordable housing developments in distressed areas. Prior to her tenure at Insight Development Corporation, Stephanie served as the Assistant Administrator of Community Economic Development for the City of Indianapolis where she led real estate transactions, property management, community and economic development projects and economic development incentives.
Born and raised in Indianapolis Stephanie obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University. Stephanie is passionate about responsible real estate development and access to affordable equitable housing.
Stephanie is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Metropolitan Independent Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America.
