Bill serves as CEO at Delta Institute, where he drives organizational strategy, development, and engagement in support of the nonprofit’s mission to collaborate with communities across the Midwest to solve complex environmental challenges. He has over 20 years of experience in systems and policy analysis, environmental science, ecosystems and consulting and serves on the Cook County Commission on Social Innovation. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Ecology, Evolution, and Organismal Biology and Environmental Studies from Tulane University and his master’s degree in Environmental Analysis and Decision Making from Rice University. Bill was also acknowledged by Crain’s Chicago Business as a notable LGBTQ+ Executive and a Leader in Sustainability.
